Delivery, Cancellation, Replacement, Return and Refund Policy
Florette delivers within Dubai, Sharjah, & Ajman from 9am, 7 days a week. Orders under 200 Dhs are charged a 30 Dhs delivery fee; orders over 200 Dhs are delivered free of charge.
For orders with more than one delivery address, each additional address will be an additional 30 Dhs in delivery charges. For orders requiring re-routing or payment, there will be an additional 30 Dhs delivery charge.
If you have any special delivery instructions please leave them in the "delivery instructions" box whilst you are checking out.
Last dispatch for same day deliveries in Dubai is at 7pm; order cut-off time for Sharjah and Ajman is at 6pm, any orders placed after the mentioned timings will be delivered the next day.
We offer same day delivery to Abu Dhabi if you order before 12 midday. Any orders placed after 12 midday will be delivered the next day. The minimum order for delivery in Abu Dhabi is 300 Dhs and the delivery is free of charge.

We can cancel any order 24 hours before the requested delivery time, please just email or call us and let us know.
Modification of your order may not be possible if it has already been dispatched to our Production Team, or dispatched from our Fulfillment Center. In the latter case, delivery and return charges will be paid by the customer and this will be deducted from the refund amount issued in the form of store credit.
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
Your happiness is our happiness! We have a 24-hour return policy, which means you have a full day after receiving the product/flowers to request a replacement.
To be eligible for replacement, the product or flowers must be in the same condition that you received them; stems not intentionally cut shorter and with its original packaging (to avoid further damage on the flowers in the process of return to us).

Our Quality Control Team will conduct an assessment, and you will receive a confirmation from our Customer Support Team within a few minutes if replacement is approved. If the same product or flowers are no longer available by the time the replacement is approved, we will offer a different variety or the closest alternative. Upon redelivery we will take the faulty stems or bunch, so please do not send them to trash. Products returned to us without prior request will not be accepted.
We strictly do not offer refunds as our products are considered perishable, unless we are unable to process your order or unable to deliver a product, based on the website descriptions or delivery terms. For refund value below 100 AED we may offer alternative products/flowers instead, as bank charges for transaction reversal may be higher than the amount to refund. For payments made from an overseas bank account, the refund amount that you will receive may also slightly differ from what we intend to transfer to your account due to currency fluctuations.
In case you decide to modify your order for any reason aside from those mentioned in this clause, we will offer the refund amount (either in full or the difference) in form of store credit, in the name you used to place the purchase. The total value of the credit amount will be confirmed to you via email. Modification of your order may not be possible if it has already been dispatched to our Production Team or from our Fulfillment Center. In the latter case, delivery and return charges will be paid by the customer and this will be deducted from the refund amount issued in the form of store credit.
In special cases, refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
