A: The first thing you need to do once you’ve removed your flowers from their wrapping is to cut off 2-3 centimeters of their stems at a 45-degree angle, which helps them stay fresh. Fill a clean vase with cold water, up to two thirds, with some flower types requiring much smaller amounts of water. After that, make sure to replace the water every few days and follow all specific care advice for certain flower types available on our website. A: If you’re in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman and place your order before 6PM, your flowers will be delivered within a few hours on the same day. This applies all days a week, as we’re open Monday to Sunday.
