The flower market flowers come to you as if you were a florist receiving the flowers from your growers. That's one of the reason they are such good value, is that the florist has not broken them down, trimmed them, and re-arranged them. These flowers are great for your home or office, somewhere you just want to pop them into a vase. For a gifted bouquet it's better to order our bouquet of the week.
DELIVERY FAQS
Q. WHAT ARE YOUR OPERATING HOURS?
A. We work from Saturday to Thursday, 8am - 5pm, and our flowers are delivered from 9am onwards. On Fridays we are open from 9am to 5pm.
Q. WHEN DOES THE ORDER GET DELIVERED?A. When you are ordering you can choose the date of delivery you prefer.
Q. WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?A. We deliver in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman. Delivery is on the same day if you order before 5pm. Any orders placed after 5pm will be delivered the next day. We also deliver to Abu Dhabi on the same day if you order before 12 midday. Orders after 12 midday will be delivered the next morning. The minimum order for delivery in AD is 300dhs and the delivery is free of charge.
Q. WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE THE FLOWERS?A. Call us ASAP, let us know why and we will fix the problem.
Q. ARE THE VASES FREE WITH ALL FLOWERS?
A. No, the vases are only complimentary when you order a bouquet. The market flowers do not come with vases. You can choose between a vase or to have the flowers wrapped. We will only send one vase per bouquet - please do not order more vases.
Q. CAN I SEND AN ANONYMOUS CARD?
A. You are more than welcome to send an anonymous card, but should the recipient call and ask us who sent them we will tell them, especially if we sense they are distressed or worried. We also reserve the right to cancel any orders with messages or cards that we feel are suspicious, threatening, upsetting or fraudulent.
